Open Archiver offers software products and related services. As the Service is delivered electronically and made available immediately upon payment, the following refund terms apply.

30-Day Refund Period

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first payment.

The 30-day refund period applies to the initial payment only. This entitlement applies once per customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 30 calendar days of your initial payment with your account details and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned to the original payment method.
